Tell me about your role on Twilight:

I play Angela Weber and she goes to Forks High and Bella Swan transfers to the school in Washington. I’m a human and I help her deal with a new environment, new school, new friends. I be friend her.

How did you prepare for the role?

Reading the books was a big help because it was really nice and convenient to be in a movie that is a book. I read the first book and was madly in love with it. By the time I found out I was going to be going to Portland to film, I was so excited. I had finished all 4 of the books.

- Kristen Stewart has green eyes, she uses brown contacts to play Bella.

- All actors use golden contacts to play the Cullens. They're eyes were not modified with CGI.

- Kellan Lutz kept his haircut from the movie "Generation Kill". It didn't grow back in time for Twilight so he kept it that way.

New Moon Casting Director for Native Americans, Rene Haynes, is holding auditions to find Native American teens. She is seeking young men 15 to 20 years of age, and young women between the ages of 18 to 20, for speaking roles in the upcoming Twilight sequel, New Moon. The auditions will be held at the Phoenix Indian Center.


No acting experience is necessary, just an out-going enthusiasm and the desire to be a positive role model for other Native Youth. Please do not call the Phoenix Indian Center. Casting calls can take time - please be prepared to wait if necessary. If you plan on attending and would like to receive the short audition scene in advance so that you can prepared for your audition please request the material before Feb. 2 at talent@rhcasting.comDO NOT email Rene Haynes for any other reason at this time. MediaBlvd.com has an interview with Solomon Trimble, the actor who plays Sam on the movie.

MediaBlvd > You didn’t have any scenes with Robert Pattinson, but did you get to meet him at all?

Solomon Trimble > I didn’t have any scenes with Rob, but I saw some pre-production clips and knew that he was crazy talented. I met Rob twice, but every time we met, he had to pee. I saw him at lunch, one day, on set, and I extended my hand and said, “I’m Solomon. I’m playing Sam,” and he replied, “Sorry, I’ve got to piss.” Some crew member asked me “Did he just snub you?,” and I said, “No, the man has to pee.” The next time I got a chance to talk to him was after the premiere. I was hanging out with Catherine and her whole crew, up on the rooftop of some bar in L.A., and I saw Rob and he was like, “Damn, every time we meet, I’ve got to piss,” and he walked by me. Later that night, we traded phone numbers and I sent him a text saying, “This is Solomon/Sam.” Then, I memorized the number and took it out of my phone because I have a habit of losing my phone when I jog.

From Rara: Damn Solomon, whyya took it out? I wish you lose your phone somewhere close from me and i got Rob's number from your phone. -_-
